Summary: Jonathan and Alice were fantastic hosts. The house was clean and well equipped (as it is their family home). They even provided a live Christmas tree for us to decorate. Communication up to and during our stay was excellent. Definitely would recommend this property for a visit to the Kennebunks.

Summary: We had a wonderful time at Jonathan's house. He was very easy to communicate with. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, and the house is less than a 5 min drive from town. The house is very large so perfect for a big group- we had three adults and three kids. An added bonus is the master on the first floor which was great for my older mom who didn't want to climb stairs. I would highly recommend the property!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home in the gorgeous seaside town of Kennebunk. The home was as listed -spacious, pool, gardens, flowers, by the river, own dock, close to beaches, shops, attractions, etc. The owner was great and easy to reach when we had questions. We would certainly stay again without hesitation!

Summary: This idyllic property gave us a beautiful family vacation week. The kids swam in the beautiful warm pool 2x per day while we watched from the beautiful, flower-filled deck. The inside of the house is so elegant and perfectly curated but still welcoming. The property is 2 mins to beaches and town and grocery - we would come back in a heartbeat!
