Summary: We enjoyed our stay thoroughly! Nestled directly by the water, with a huge deck and dock! The master bedroom was perfect, with a large jacuzzi tub, bidet, and closet of your dreams. The kids room was so fun, the kitchen island was HUGE, and the downstairs entertainment area and couch was perfect. The hosts were super prompt in their responses, and we are hoping to stay here again in the future with the kids!

Summary: The House was good as advertised on the VBRO site.No fabrications was encountered.The House is located in Rural Hot Springs Arkansas with access to Lake Hamilton from the backyard of the house.Plenty of rooms and spaces.The property is well kept and maintained.For the price it is a bargain that the entire family will enjoy.

Summary: We had a great time in Hot Springs Area. Location of property was within 30-40 minutes of most of our activities like ziplining, party barge rental on Lake Ouachita, horse back riding at Lake De Gray, Garvan Woodland Gardens at Lake Hamilton and hiking to the falls on Lake Catherine and Magic Springs Water/ Amusement Park. Also brought my boat and docked it in the boat shed at the condo so we could enjoy boat riding and fishing with the kids. Had a few minor issues with the condo amenities but the owner promptly delivered what we needed the next day! Would rent again.

Summary: Decks need some repairs. Air conditioner upstairs not working. 85 degrees. Owner came out but wasn't fixed.

Summary: House was large and allowed family to spread out over the 3 floors. It was clean except for master bathroom shower, which is in need of repair of tiles/grout/caulk. The tile floors throughout the house are cracked and the wood floors creak when you walk. The decks are big but also need repair with rotted wood and unstable bannisters. The ice maker in the fridge doesn’t work, the doors won’t open all the way due to poor fit with the cabinets and the oven was not safe to use. There is no TV remote in the master other than the Amazon stick, so you have to unplug the TV to shut off. The boat dock is nice, but the water is about 2 feet deep with silt and weedy bottom, not good for swimming or boats with a deep hull. Brought most of this to property managers attention on first day and nothing was done to resolve any of it. Seems they are trying to sell the house and don’t want to invest any more in maintenance or repair.
