Summary: The property was very conveniently located to the things that we were interested in doing. It was nice to have the whole family in one place so we could play corn hole and watch movies during our down time getting out of the heat.

Summary: Three families stayed at this house to celebrate Thanksgiving. We all had a great time. We had a barbecue in the backyard and enjoyed watching football on the porch TV. Great setup!

Summary: We rented here for over a month . Plenty of space and overall a positive experience. Owner response time was exceptional. Good location south of Austin, plenty of walking on sidewalks. Some neighbors dogs were a bit noisy as some are left unattended at night . Other than that , I’d highly recommended this VRBO.

Summary: The host was friendly, communicated in a timely manner, and was more than accomodating. The home was staged nicely and was even prettier in person. We felt safe and loved that our location wasnt far from where we needed to be. This was a fantastic stay and I'd be thrilled to visit again!

Summary: Exactly as advertised. Nicely clean, stocked with various things for a fun family weekend (bag boards, Cribbage board, TV out back, TVs with cable). The fenced in backyard was great to let the dogs fetch ball and get some grass on feet. Situated in a quiet family type neighborhood. The backyard covered patio and yard were awesome. The bed in MBR was super comfortable.

Summary: My family and I really enjoyed staying in Austin at David’s Vrbo! The house is very well maintained and comfortable for a relaxing trip to Austin. We had a couple dogs with us as well and really appreciated the fenced in backyard for them to run around and play in plus David had some good amenities for our one year old daughter. We would definitely stay here again in the future!
