Summary: This is in the best possible location. A nice and quiet area where you can slow down the hectic pace of life. The golf course adds a nice touch too. Carianne is the best hostess you will ever meet. She was right on top of everything we needed. She even left us a basket full of goodies and some drinks when we moved in. The house is luxurious and will cater to all your needs.

Summary: I initially booked for the summer of 2017 to come down with my family and stay for a bit over a month. Already paid in full & was extremely looking forward to staying. Due to scheduling circumstances on my end it did not work out; however I want to point out that Carianne was extremely accommodating and helpful. Refunded fully, and maybe will try next year.

Summary: Our company rented this property as it was more comfortable for us to stay in a house versus long term in hotel. I will never stay in hotels again when doung business in San Diego! This property was like coming home to the most beautiful oasis every night after work. We had several business meetings on site, and utilized the outdoor fire pit and pool on two occasions to host our business partners and their families. The home includes every amenity you can imagine as well as has beautiful artwork and furniture throughout. Most important to us, the beds are extremely comfortable and we will be back in 6-8 months to stay again.

Summary: My family and I are from Canada and celebrated a month and a half reunion together in this beautiful home. What an AMAZING experience. I'm telling you, all of the comforts of home and so much more. My parents were so impressed by the pool and outside grill and fireplace! And to top it off, Carianne is an awesome host. Anytime we had questions, she responded right away. I can tell you this...I will request this home again for vacationing with family and friends.

Summary: We had a fantastic time at this beautiful house. The pictures don't do the house justice - it's perfectly appointed, spacious, and impeccably clean/organized. The level of detail and attention put into our stay was perfect - thanks Carianne! The pool is amazing, perfect for kids. The flow of the house is wonderful making every area feel open and airy.

Summary: My husband, our 4 months old son and I moved to San Diego for 2 months due to my husband’s long business trip. This house was exactly what we were looking for. Having a newborn baby, I mainly had to stay at home. So it was very important for me that the house is quiet, spacious, clean, and in a safe neighborhood. The backyard facing the golf is also quiet and has a nice open view with a charming bird singing. You can enjoy watching birds from kite birds and crows to hummingbirds (my favorites). The shadow from the trees protects you from the sun on hot days. You can always go to the second floor huge terrace to get some more sun (it is always super sunny and warm there). The décor of the house is very eye-pleasing and tasteful. The house has everything you name it! Dishwasher, laundry room, awesome cappuccino machine, Grand piano (I am a musician, so it was a nice bonus to have one there), Jacuzzi, huge DVD collection, iPod speakers, etc. We enjoyed the heated pool and a fireplace a lot! There are 3 fireplaces: 2 at home and 1 outside near the pool. There is also a backyard gas grill which we often used. It made our meat and fish delicious! The owner is very sweet and hospitable. We had our privacy, but she was always available if needed. We got a nice welcome basket and adorable flower bouquet for St. Valentine’s Day, thank you! It was nice to have found bottled water in the fridge once we arrived. The house is in the gated community which makes it very safe with almost no people and cars around. The property is well taken care of: there is a team of workers that comes once a week to clean the pool and the yard. If you like peace and quiet, looking for a serene paradise with everything in it, I would definitely recommend renting this charming property. Overall, it was a great experience. Though it is hard to leave your own place for such a long time, we felt at home there!!

Summary: Booking, finding, accessing, and enjoying this home was to easy. We didn't have time to enjoy everything this property has to offer.. However it was more private than a hotel with all the amenities. Not to mention half the price? There is not a restaurant on site. Near by you'll find tons which are well worth the walk / drive down the street. Some rentals (like the ones we have) are not managed and cleaned with this much love.

Summary: My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It is better than the pictures, and the open floor plan downstairs with the vaulted ceiling really creates a beautiful space. We enjoyed the bbq and pool at night with the kids and the adults all stayed up late sitting near outdoor fireplace talking. There were a few personal touches that were over the top upon our arrival. We will definitely come back when my family flies back into town for next reunion.

Summary: This property is amazing. I have been here with may family (including 2 kids and 2 dogs) and we truly enjoyed the house. Kids loved the pool overlooking the golf course as well as practicing with the piano ! The house is very spacious with all sorts of amenities and the interiors are very elegant. We found all sorts of goodies when we arrived - including a good bottle of Cabernet-Sauvignon - and the fridge was full of beverages. A plus also the huge movie (blu-ray) collection boy in the living room as well as in the master bedroom. Also there is a well equipped gym in the garage if you want to stay fit during your vacation. The property is within a gated community with golf course and the place is very quite. Surely recommended to anybody who wants to spend some time in SoCal (convenient location close to Legoland, SeaWorld and the Del Mar beaches).
