Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful townhome! It was immaculately clean! Comfortable beds. Lots of living and storage space. Pretty little neighborhood that felt very safe and quiet. Perfect walking proximity to the river, an adorable coffee shop and several restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with the basics but also had a great assortment of spices and appliances (blender, air fryer, instant pot, etc.). With younger kids, we also loved having easy access to a washer and dryer! Another perk was having private garage parking! We were visiting family and this location was perfectly situated between those in Vancouver and Portland. In regards to concerns from other reviews... We're in our 40s and didn't mind having to go up two floors. The property was well worth it for us! The train (no loud whistles) does pass by directly behind the townhome. A box fan in the smaller bedroom provided enough white noise that our children never woke up from the train. The master bedroom is located on the opposite side of the home. We just used a sleep sounds app on my phone and were never bothered by the outside noises. We'd love to stay here again when we're back to visit Vancouver! Thank you, Bao!

Summary: Condo was very nice, and in a great area. There was lots of room for the 4 of us, beds were very comfy, and we enjoyed our time.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, especially how close it was to the riverfront trails. It enabled us to walk to restaurants, where we could enjoy a good food, a glass of good wine, or beer, or some good coffee! The place was very neat and clean and was perfect for two couples. There was train, plane, and traffic noise, but not that bad and to be expected for this area, We had all the amenities we needed, and the WiFi worked great! Loved it, loved it! We will return!

Summary: Loved location and walking distance to great restaurants. Wish there was a half bath on main floor for there is a ton of stairs. Planes and trains didnt bother us as we had air conditioning on. Garage was a great asset and host was very responsive. Kitchwestockedwell stoc

Summary: Great property for a three night two day stay around Portland. Spent one day in city, second day around Columbia River and Mt. Hood, and it was a great place to come back to after the day. Please read other reviews for legit concerns (stairs, trains/planes, etc.) but none of it significantly impacted our stay. Best aspect was fully stocked with toilet paper,, basic kitchen supplies, a few bottles of water and snacks, soap and shampoo, , etc. Much appreciated aspect compared to some VRBO experiences.

Summary: The unit was clean and welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary utensils. The townhome village property was quiet and also clean. Nearby restaurants, waterfront, downtown Vancouver and Interstate were all easily assessable.

Summary: The stairs were a real problem and there was no mention of them online. They were long and steep and we had large heavy luggage that never made it up to the bedrooms. The only bathrooms were on the third floor up two steep flights of stairs from the front door. Parking was a problem as we had two cars and besides the one car garage there was no other dedicated parking. We needed more information to find the garbage cans which seemed to be located 1/2 block away from the condo. I would encourage more information about these items on the listing. Especially the stairs.
