5 Bedroom House in Dalmally

Our delightful newly furnished family home between Dalmally and Loch Awe offers a relaxed and comfortable base to tour the western highlands, 80 miles north of Glasgow and 25 miles east of Oban over looking the Ben Cruchan mountain range the house has 5 bedrooms sleeping 8 guests.
The open plan lounge / dining area and well equipped kitchen ensures that your stay will be comfortable, giving you that home from home feeling. You will find a selection of books, puzzles and games for everyone to enjoy.
Of the 5 bedrooms the house has, two are located on the ground floor. Both a single bedroom and an ensuited double bedroom offer access to those who prefer not to climb the stairs to bed! A utility room with washing machine and drier are available along with a further cloakroom.
The large fully fitted kitchen is well equipped to enable our guests to cook everything from a microwave meal for one to a 3 course dinner for 10 people.
Upstairs lies a further twin bedroom and single bedroom both of which enjoy views over the rear garden. The large en-suited master bedroom with its panoramic windows and three velux windows offers stunning views over the Cruachan Monro range. The family bathroom with its double ended bath and over bath shower is also located upstairs. All bedrooms have adequate drawers and wardrobes.
There is a travel cot and high chair at the property and because we understand how complicated travelling with children can be there is even a waterproof bed protector and plug in night lights to give you and your little ones peace of mind.
The spacious garden has plenty of room for little ones to run around and the bird table ensures a regular supply of visitors to keep you entertained. You will find some bird spotting books and binoculars at the property to help you recognise them all!

Summary: Thank you for letting us stay we had a fantastic week the weather wasn’t fantastic but that still didn’t stop we drove and walked all over the property was excellent we loved it so much we will definitely be back thank you once again .

Summary: We had 7 of us stay over the Christmas period and this place accommodated us well. The house is bright and spacious with lovely views of the mountains from the master bedroom balcony and from the living room windows. The underfloor heating kept the whole house warm and cozy throughout our stay with no need to light the log fire place and there are throws provided for the sofas so you can snuggle up from the cold weather outside. Each bedroom is spacious with a good amount of light coming in from the windows, the beds are comfy with nice linen that keep you at the right temprature, we never found ourselves needing anything extra. Paul and Sara also decorated the house with Christmas decorations which was a really nice touch. Dalmally is a picturesque little town/village which is very nice to walk through. The train station is unique, there is a couple living in the buildings on the platform who run a shop with handmade clothing, jewellery and home decor who were very welcoming and chatty whilst giving us information of the local area. We took a walk up to the Monument which is about a 2 mile walk from the village centre with sign posts clearly marked. Once at the top it gives you amazing views across Loch Awe and the surrounding Glencoe mountain ranges which I would recommended anyone staying at Am Bruadar to go check out. Overall this is a brilliant place to stay if you're looking to get away from it all for a while. Paul and Sara are quick to responde to messages and any questions you might have whilst ensuring your stay is comfortable and you are provided with anything you might need. The only constructive feedback I would provide is that the fridge/freezer and oven in the kitchen might be too small for a large group of people to stay for more than a few days. We will certainly be back to stay at this property again in the future!
