Summary: Overall, the condo is very nice and we would stay here again. The on-site caretaker Brandon was very attentive and helpful. However, There were a few issues that knocked off a star:- Checkout is very early (10a) and they charge 30 for late checkout at noon.- There is no TV in the master bedroom. There is only one TV in the condo.- There is no coffee in the living room. (this sounds picky, but it's annoying not to have a coffee table for drinks and snacks while watching TV. It's a weird thing not to have.)- There was insufficient heat in the living room and the room got very cold while we were out. Brandon brought us a heater as soon as we asked, but the place was uncomfortably cold for a while.

Summary: The place was great! We saw right outside the condo. Brandon the property manager was very helpful and nice. The only thing I would recommend is a TV in the bedroom. Other than that everything was great! We would definitely go back to Estes Park and stay here again!

Summary: We had such a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to attractions, restaurants and activities, yet quiet and relaxing. The host was fantastic thoughtful and made the whole process seamless. We especially loved the cozy feel, the view was amazing, and the walking path. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
