Starbuck public beach is less than 1 mile away.

Summary: We (7 adults) enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. The dock was just a short walk away. I used my paddle board from the dock but the boat slip was quite shallow. We took the boat to the public access at the marina which was a very drive away. The beds were nice and the house had everything we needed. When we had a question we got a quick response. It is a nice location on a quiet street.

Summary: We cannot express just how perfect our stay was at this property! We stayed here for our wedding weekend and everything about this property was amazing. Lots of space in the beautiful kitchen/dining/family room to entertain our guests before and after our wedding, a beautiful backyard for gathering and sitting by the fire, and super comfy beds to crawl into after our long days of celebrating. We are already planning a family reunion next year so we can stay here again!

Summary: This is our second stay at this property. The first time was ideal, no issues, everything was perfect. This time, however, there were a couple problems that did not get resolved. Don't get me wrong, the house and location are wonderful: clean, comfortable, spacious, perfectly manicured lawn, quiet neighborhood, nice patio with pergola and grill, great location for local events and businesses. This was the problem. The half bath toilet in the main area had a leaky seal, which caused a hygiene concern, so we contacted the owner who replied right away that they would send a plumber over. And one of our party members locked the bathroom door so that children wouldn't use it. Unfortunately, the bathroom door had a keyed lock (unusual), which the owner said they didn't have the key to. They said they would send a locksmith over, but that never happened either. So, neither the plumber nor the locksmith came, and as a result, we were with one less useable bathroom for the remaining 7 days of our stay. I definitely will stay there again, but that situation was rather frustrating. I can't explain why the lack of action, but I will them the benefit of the doubt and hope that next time all toilets are functioning.
