Family room has two couches and TV with Dish network.Washer and dryer are available for use. Cabin has a front covered porch and back covered porch with a swing. Property is located five miles from Paris Landing State Park and one and half miles from Henry County boat dock. Ample space is available for boat parking with electrical hook ups. Campground has slips for RV hook ups perfect for the fishing tournaments held here. Cabin and Campground are quiet and family friendly. Kentucky Lake is known for bass and crappie fishing. Summary: This property exceeded all expectations and I couldn’t have been happier with the place. There was plenty of parking of two boats and plenty of room inside. The owner is very nice and on site helper is very good too. I will be staying there again in the future.

Summary: This house is perfect for fishermen or families or friends getting together! We stayed while at the Bassmaster Elite Series at Kentucky Lake. It was close to Paris Landing State Park and also close to Paris, TN. Ricky was the perfect host and very quick and easy to communicate with. We had use of his boat stall while there, which was great. The house itself is a wonderfully open concept so friends and family can enjoy each other's company. A very quite and peaceful area also. On Our next trip to Kentucky Lake we will definitely stay again! Thank You Ricky!!

Summary: The log home and surrounding grounds were perfect for our group of 6 fishermen. The home sleeps 6 very comfortably and was very roomy and clean. We had 5 full size bass boats and there was plenty of parking for them, including covered parking for 3 of the 5 boats. There was plenty of electric receptacles to charge the batteries and we had no issues with breakers tripping or anything like that. It Is located within 10 minutes of Paris State Park along with several restaurants and gas stations. It is literally the perfect place to stay for fisherman launching out of the Paris area.

Summary: The cabin was perfect for a get together of our family, with plenty of room. Supplies were well stocked and nice back deck. Campsite hookups are also available on the same grounds for a get together for those who want to camp and / or stay in cabin. --Laurie (August 23 2017)

Summary: we were BASS tournament fisherman for a 10 day stay for the high school national championship . this place was spot on for that purpose . if we are fortunate to come back, i will stay here again - no doubt . *very open and comfortable, everything brand new and clean. *had covered parking and electricity for boats , close to paris landing/buchannon (multiple boats) *4 way restaurant - is a must. 1 mile away , ate there on the regular. * large rooms, bathrooms - with laundry made our multiple family / fisherman , an easy stay. brand new grill back deck. * no water view , but for multiple boats, tournament fisherman, this place is large, comfortable, and private and secluded ( left electronics and poles on the boat decks the entire time.) safe and secure . * owners - mr. Ricky..... first class and were very attentive and responsive to any question / request we had . * as a tournament fisherman, this was the best VBRO experience we had. best deal and location we have ever come across. highly recommend -- cal
