Very comfortable beds and furniture. Full size kitchen with appliances, washer and dryer, enclosed garage, tv with surround sound, free wifi and bikes available. Furnished as a second home ( not with rental in mind). Community pool also available. Perfect condo for a weekend away or week long stay in NWA.

Summary: Great location and convenient to anywhere in Fayetteville. Very nice clean up kept. Plenty of room for us three couples of “Old Folks” Nice sheets and plush towels. Easy and great communication from Sam. We would definitely stay again.
