We want staying in Rodham House to feel like an idyllic home from home, so we’ve gone the extra mile to make it really comfortable and welcoming for you, ensuring a balance between spaciousness and cosiness, luxuriousness and practicality, all whilst operating sustainably.
This private house is a spacious semi-detached property and includes a large dual-aspect master bedroom with ensuite shower. Three delightful further bedrooms are made up as 2 king rooms and one twin room, making this an ideal house for families and/or groups of friends. A family bathroom with shower over bath is located upstairs, whilst an additional toilet is located in the utility room.
On the ground floor is a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob. The separate dining room comfortably seats 8 on a large wooden table, perfect for sharing laughs as a group over dinner. The bright and airy lounge has ample space for everyone to relax in front of a film or enjoy a bit of friendly competition over a board game. Patio doors open out onto the terrace and garden, complete with outdoor furniture, a firepit, BBQ and pizza oven. In a private nook of the garden is a tranquil wood fired hot tub, making for the ultimate relaxing evening!
The gardens mature hedgerow and trees enable you to watch and listen to the wildlife and as the night draws in you'll be able to watch the sky put on a colourful display with the sun setting over the surrounding fields.
Inside the house, magazines, books and board games make for cosy evenings in. We provide quality bedding, linen and towels and British made, natural toiletries. A link to our accommodation app is sent at the time of booking which includes a detailed list of amenities.
