Summary: Realy great property with an amazing pool. Perfect for family getaway. 15 minutes from Cape May beach - really close to the zoo (free) and really close to a couple of other beaches. We absoltely love the pool and hot tub at the top! Great property manager (Dawn) - very friendly! Bed were all comfy and commuication was perfect. Kitchen was well equipped. RECOMMENDED!

Summary: This is a nice, big house with a nice pool, so it's good for a large group (there were about 17 of us). The kitchen could use a few extra tools -- and certainly sharper knives (we always bring a sharp one!) -- and there are some minor maintenance things that have probably been taken care of (a number of light bulbs were out), but overall, the property manager was very accessible and brought anything important that was missing, and the house was comfortable. The house is a 10-minute drive from Avalon Beach, but there are beach passes included and there's free parking. I'd recommend it if you've got a bunch of people and don't mind not walking to the beach.

Summary: This house was the perfect place for us as we were hosting a wedding. There were enough bedrooms & bathrooms for everyone. It was also large enough for us to host the reheresal dinner & post wedding breakfast there. Both Christine & Dawn (property managers) were very helpful & was easy to contact. Whatever we needed they were a phone call away. I would definitely stay at one of their properties again. Thanks again, Sandy & Jerry M.

Summary: One of the better short term rentals I've had in a minute! this is a great home with super communicative, friendly hosts that make you feel right at home. with 7 beds and ample living space, we were very comfortable as a group of 12. Location is also great, just 10-15 minutes to shore or 30 min from New Jersey Motorsports Park. great for a relaxing weekend or special occasion, highly recommend this home. My only one complaint is that I wish the beds were already made upon arrival (vs clean sheets on bed) but a very minor piece and a 10/10 property! Thank you!

Summary: My extended family of 17 had a fantastic time at Christine and John's place. This home was lovingly decorated and outfitted with almost everything we needed for the week. And if we had any questions or concerns, Christine's communication was prompt and productive. The bedrooms were comfortable and there were more than enough beds for all of us. The younger set enjoyed the "Monkey Lounge" in the basement with enough entertainment with games, 4 theater lounge seats along with other comfy seating. The larger bedroom down there had enough beds for 10! The outdoor area was well laid out for swimming, lounging, eating and also had a fire pit area where we enjoyed a night of making s'mores. Multiple umbrellas provided shade wherever needed and the pool was the gathering place for fun, relaxation and relief from the heat, Everyone had a great time with the floaties and pool hammocks provided. The 2 outdoor showers were also a great amenity. The kitchen had most everything one needed including a coffeemaker and espresso machine. There was plenty of cabinet space and well organized drawers full of any utensils and kitchen tools you might need. We enjoyed cooking several meals along with take-out from the many great restaurant options in the area. Christine and John thought about most everything one would need including beach chairs and other beach gear and even provided beach passes to two local beaches.They had a binder full of any information you might need about the house and restaurants and entertainment in the surrounding area and were only a text away if we had any questions. We had a great week at Casa Di Amici Courthouse and would love to stay there again in the future!
