4 Bedroom House in Monterey

This is a new listing, I'm just now putting this on VRBO to rent. You won't be sorry if you stay here, it's an amazing property. The home is 3,700sf located on 1.3 acres with undeveloped land behind. I had another home I rented on VRBO for over 10 years, and had a 5 star rating, so I know how to provide a good experience for my guests.
Whether you're coming to the Monterey Peninsula to sight see, golf, enjoy the many restaurants, or attend an event at Laguna Seca raceway, this house will be a spacious, quiet retreat for some down time, relaxing, and socializing. It provides a large living area, large kitchen, incredible views, nice sleeping areas, and lots of privacy. There is a walled off courtyard with a basketball hoop for some exercise as well. There is a large back deck overlooking a very large back yard, that looks out over many rolling hills, with sights of the Monterey lights off in the distance at night. You will have a hard time finding a more inviting, relaxing place to spend your time away from whatever brings you to the Monterey Peninsula.
You will have some of your best nights sleep, with comfortable beds, and cool, quiet, dark nights. No two bedrooms share a wall, so others in the house will not bother you at night. Wake up to a nice cup of coffee and a beautiful view. The master suite is very large, with picture windows looking out at the wonderful view. It also has a large bathroom and closet, and a sliding glass door out onto its own balcony.
If your plans are to visit many of the tourist attractions, you are a short 8 miles from Monterey, and 11 miles from Carmel-by-the-Sea. If you are in town for an event at Laguna Seca Raceway, you are a quick 3 miles from the track. Carmel Valley, with it's nice wineries, is only 10 miles away. If you are a fan of Bernardus winery, it's only 8 miles away. The home is very centrally located for all the Monterey Peninsula offers.
The house also provides a spacious 3 car garage, so if you are coming in a vehicle you take pride in, it will be well protected. The neighborhood is located on a private road, so their is not much traffic, and it's only people that live up the road, or folks that may be doing work in the neighborhood.

Summary: Like the title says, the property was amazing. Close to Monterey and Carmel The house was spacious and clean. The views from the back deck were picturesque. Especially during sunset and in the morning when the deer were grazing outback. The only downside but not enough to really damper our trip, on the listing is says it has a BBQ grill and it did not. But the kitchen is fully stocked so in the end we had no issue. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Summary: The home comfortably accommodated six adults. Everything was in great shape; the host, Jeff, promptly responded to any questions and, yes, there were a few deer in the beautiful backyard. The home’s location offers easy access to many of the local sights. We had a great stay!

Summary: The house was large for all to be comfortable. It had some useful condiments/spices that helped when cooking and didn't have to buy them. The primary bedroom suite is huge! And the jacuzzi tub was great after long days at the car show. Jeff, the host, replied to messages immediately and made the entire process seamless. The location was great for the activities we were doing in Pebble Beach and Laguna Seca. Thank you for a great stay!

Summary: The house was very comfortable and met our needs. We were a little grossed out to find dishes with food dried on them in the cupboard. Had to run dishes through dishwasher to make sure. Great house, lovely location.

Summary: Jeff was super helpful during our stay. The property is beautiful and spacious. Sunsets were amazing and the front yard even had a basketball net! During our stay we even saw a deer come through our backyard;) Location was very convenient with grocery stores and sightseeing sights a short drive away. We would wholeheartedly recommend this property to friends and family! Added bonus for those who don’t like wrinkly clothes, there was a steamer in the master bedroom ensuite.
