Summary:
This brick ranch is newly renovated and ready for guests. It offers 3 acres with tons of room for family get togethers. A creek runs beside the property and you can relax on the patio and enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the deer each morning and afternoon. The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a game room with a roll up door so you can bring the outside in.
The Space:
The Rocky River house offers 5 bedrooms including a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, tv, ceiling fan and french doors leading to the patio. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 offer Queen bedrooms, ceiling fans and tv's while the 5th bedroom offers two twin beds and a tv. There are 3 full bathrooms in the house; the master ensuite and hall bathroom feature bathtubs while the third bathroom offers a walk-in shower. There is a large fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, a bar that seats 8 as well as a pub table that seats 4. There is a large living room off the kitchen featuring a 70" tv as well as another large living room with a 58" tv. The garage has been converted to a game room and includes a pool table. The large back patio includes a patio table, gas grill, charcoal grill, string lights and a fire pit. While the house is pet friendly (must be pre-approved first) the yard is NOT fenced. There is also a small swing set for the little ones.

Summary: This amazing home was only 6 min from my moms and Christmas Eve is our tradition. With a family of 7 this home was perfect! We also had my husbands family over for Christmas Day! The outside firepit, large yard for frisbee/golf and the wonderful stream was just the cherry on top. I cannot say enougj good things about it!

Summary: We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding with our elderly parents. Ranch layout was perfect for them as was distance from wedding venue. Owner was responsive and easy to work with. Nice big backyard and outdoor sitting area that worked well for an afternoon tea with the bridesmaids. There is construction going on nearby in a new development but it was fairly quiet behind the house. Inside of house is very updated and we were able to easily prep for bridal luncheon in the kitchen.Beds are firm. Plenty of parking.

Summary: The house is comfortable with plenty of room. The kids loved the pool table and disc golf. The outdoor fire pit was so nice. It was a comfortable place for a family gathering. I would happily stay here again.
