Summary: The property is an old house newly renovated but you can tell they cut some corners, no big deal except when the AC unit warned the internal temp could not drop to 70 degrees. I contacted the owner who said the vaulted ceilings make it hard for the AC to cool. The real reason is there is an under sized split unit because they cut costs. The next morning a water leak from under the wall next to the bed in the basement was found. The leak stemmed from the bathroom area and the kids warned they had received a shock twice from turning off the light. I warned the owner and sent pictures. They were not concerned and said it’s a clogged shower and to clean the drain. We never used the bathroom again and the leak continued. I would imagine if someone complained of being shocked when turning off a light they would send someone out but they didn’t. Would not go back.

Summary: This house has it all! My Grandmother was able to take advantage of the opportunity for one level living as two of the full bathrooms and three of the bedrooms are on the main level. All of the bedrooms have smart tv’s and the internet in this house is fast! The master bathroom has a shower that has multiple body jets! It was amazing! The kitchen is fully stocked and roomy with lots of counter space. This house is cheerful and gets great light. There are two living rooms. They both have 70 inch smart tvs however the one on the main level also has a sound bar so we really enjoyed watching movies in there. The lower level is huge! There is a 70 inch mounted smart tv for entertainment. There is also another space secluded in the basement that offers two additional queen size beds which was the perfect space for my additional family members. There is also another full bathroom on this level. We also enjoyed the basketball hoop in the driveway as the host supplied a basketball for it in the house. My family and I really enjoyed staying at this house and will opt to stay here again whenever we come back into town.
