Summary: We had a wonderful stay! The house was cozy, clean and exactly what we were looking for. We went to Snowshoe and the drive there was easy from the house. As the listing mentions, the driveway is very steep but we had no issues with AWD even though there was still snow on the ground. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a getaway near Snowshoe!

Summary: This is a comfy, cozy cabin with lots of privacy and great yard for sledding. Open living area with lots of windows so you can watch the snow fall while sitting by the fire! Nice gear storage room by the front door. Two nearly identical bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom between them worked out great for our two teens. Washer and dryer in the basement. Satellite TV worked great. The WiFi was slow but we anticipated this and brought a hotspot from our local library. Kitchen needs more supplies. No measuring spoons or cups. Only two random pots and no saucepan. Not enough dishes (only eight plates In a house that sleeps 10). Evolve isn’t able to provide many details about the property and you have to book before they’ll put you in contact with the local property manager. However, the local property manager was fantastic - very helpful and accommodating with great communication. Overall a wonderful vacation home and would be even better with a few additions to the kitchen.
