Summary:
Welcome to our South Fargo home! Make this your home base while in Fargo. We're less than 10 minutes from Downtown, The Fargodome, Sanford Hospital, and more! We have a garage stall for you as well as two spots in the driveway.
The Space:
There is space for everyone and every activity. We have three bedrooms on the main floor (a king, queen, and bunk bed with a full and twin) and two more bedrooms in the basement (twin daybed and king bed). Relax in one of two living rooms (upstairs and downstairs) outfitted with Smart TVs and fast wi-fi. Enjoy your meals in the dining room or out on the deck (in the warmer months). There is a full kitchen as well as a gas grill on the deck (in the summer). Downstairs you'll also find a desk with a monitor for working, a gym equipped with some weights and floor mats, and a foosball table.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home and half of the garage for the duration of your stay.
The Neighborhood:
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood that is predominantly single family homes and twin homes. We're located just a few blocks from 25th St S and University Drive S. There are parks within walking distance and grocery and convenience stores within a couple-minute drive.
Getting Around:
We recommend bringing a car. There is parking for three cars in the driveway and garage as well as free street parking in front. Just keep an eye on snow removal days in the winter, which are posted on street signs.

Summary: The only thing I wish they had was a booklet letting you know rules of the house & what to do when you leave. This little house was perfect for us! We could walk to the park with our 3 year old & it was close enough to everything else. It was clean & comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: My friends and I recently stayed at this property and I have to say, it exceeded all our expectations! The property was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was perfect - in a quiet location and close to local restaurants. Noah was incredibly responsive and accommodating, and made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. We especially appreciated the attention to detail in the decor and furnishings. The property had a warm and inviting feel, and was decorated with style and comfort in mind. Overall, we would highly recommend this VRBO property to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Five stars all around!

Summary: Our stay was great. The house was very clean and well stocked with everyday needs. Inquiries during our stay were immediately answered. Would highly recommend this home if you are looking for a place to stay with your family. Stores are easily accessible. Lots of snow prior to our stay but all sidewalks and driveway were shoveled clean upon our arrival.

Summary: I just wish the fees were lower. I rather have to get up and clean the place before I leave then pay very high cleaning fees, but it is very convenient just having to grab the trash and leave.
