Positive: The room had more than i needed. If you need to cook and prepare food, there are facilities and dishes you can use. Everything was clean inside even though the property looks a little old.
Negative: Not much, really. The shower water could be a little warmer, but not much to complain about.

Positive: Comfortable and self catering, great value for money, Supermarket Mall near by, and inside the subdivision there is home cooked food delivery which is reasonably priced and delicious. Also a small supply shop outside the property with a very friendly shop keeper. A Starbucks very near too that opens early, and also many other restaurants and shops/services in the neighbourhood. Very good transport too. The best part, is Ms Rosalie who is an excellent host. Extremely responsive and very helpful and cares about her guests, also has a lot of knowledge about the local area and helped me with all my questions and concerns. I recommend to anyone who needs a temporary base in St Rosa.

Positive: Comfortable and cozy, also you can buy everything you need there as well. like few mins away.
Negative: the only thing that is missing is the lack of wifi because the signal for your data is so hard to get.
