Summary: This house has definitely had some updates it was cutely decorated and clean, beds were comfy. It did have an odd smell. But nothing a candle couldn’t fix while we’re there. The back door didn’t lock, and there was no light in the front or back of the house. The master bath was a little odd with the handicap shower, but we made do. The neighborhood was quiet.

Summary: came in town for the cotton bowl and the location was great, even though the area was not nice driving to get to the house. A bit far for activities in Uptown/Knox Henderson but perfect for the game/state fair. Rooms were exactly as pictured and very clean. One of the bathrooms had an odd shower but still functioning and sufficient! Overall enjoyable experience.

Summary: Overall, we enjoyed our stay. This is an older house in a historic neighborhood. As such, the air conditioner had trouble keeping up. (We stayed in early September, and it was HOT outside.) Key items that were essential to us required a special trip to a grocery store: toilet paper, paper towels, salt. I alerted the host that there was no toilet paper when we arrived, but it was 9 pm, so we chose to go to the store ourselves. The garage is too small for a modern car, but we were fine parking on the driveway. We appreciated the electronic lock and the lovely decor.
