Summary: We were a family of 7 enjoying 2 weeks in the House. The House has a perfect and location. The pool and views are wonderful😎 Communication with Emmanuel was spotless!

Summary: Very nice, lots of garden space, nice pool, calm surrounding, every equipment especially in the kitchen included, nice hoster. Many touristic sites in the surrounding of 30 minutes. Mountains, sea, gorges, plage, big cities and little towns, fun attractions, charging of electric car 600m away at the mairie. Would always come back

Summary: We were due to attend in 2020 but had to reschedule. The property was a good size for our 3 generations and we spent so much time in the pool which we were initially worried about as not being heated but this wasnt a problem.. We did have a couple of issues while staying but these were sorted very quickly , thank you for letting us stay in your second home

Summary: We had a lovely weeks holiday lots of sunshine and the house had everything we needed. The village is so pretty and has shops close by and some fantastic restaurants. Would recommend . Views are fab too with the mountains

Summary: Beautiful house placed in a lovely landscape. Even while swimming in the pool we could enjoy the spectacular mountain view. Very friendly landlord and caretaker who arranged evertyhing possible to make our visit even more memorable. The site is ideally positioned for excursions to the mountains or nearby coast. Table tennis, fast internet and satellite tv ensured entertainment for the younger while the elder spent the evening on the veranda gaming, dining or simply enjyoing a glass of red wine. A super market close by provided us with almost evertyhing we needed during our stay. We keep these holidays in particular good memory and its our recommendation to other guests as well as friends. We do advise only to invest in anti-mosquito protection as these little creatures kept bothering us both inside and outside.

Summary: The house was roomy and comfortable with good facilities, lovely swimming pool and good outside activities. Everything we needed to cook and enjoy ourselves was present apart from the TV which didn’t work for the last few days and the Wi-fi failed also. The house was well situated although it was 30-40 minutes to the beach. The drive was steep and quite difficult to negotiate in a car reversing down.

Summary: We had enough rooms and space to live with 6 adults and 2 children. The veranda is huge and we had a big table to sit outside. The furniture outside looked ver new. It was very quiet and there's a nice view towards the valley. When we arrive the house was clean and Anne showed us some additional things like washing machine. There was a lot of tableware, so even if the dishwasher was not finished yet, it was no problem. Some of the pots were a little bit dirty, so we had to clean them. The pump of the pool was defect, so we didn't use it to avoid more damage. But Emmanuel ordered a new one. We had a kid's slide and a swing in the garden. The looked very old and partially broken, so the kids didn't use them. Summarized: We can recommend the house

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The house has all facilities you would wish for and the pool is great for cooling off on hot days. There are lovely views and supermarkets nearby. The owner Emmanuel was very helpful and quick in responding. There is so much to do in the area, we particularly enjoyed the beaches at Cap Roux, Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild on Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and the various hill villages around including Gourdon. We would thoroughly recommend this property.

Summary: This house is one of the best we ever had for our vacation. It’s very nice, bright, friendly and comfortable (including even a PC!) with big windows (especially on ground floor) and has a magnificent mountain view from the front-side terrace. It’s located only a few walking minutes from the center of the village, shopping facilities and restaurants. The house is in a quiet location, there’s almost no traffic in the streets around. The object itself is spacious, especially the living room, and there’s a really nice wooden terrace in the back, and the big oak standing beside the terrace will probably provide some shade in summer. But if you like, you will always find a sunny place in the garden. There are lots of nice places to visit in car distance, from the beaches in the region we preferred the city beach in Antibes (distance about 23km). But since the Nice area is a densely populated, you should expect some traffic. The owner was very (!!!) friendly, attentive and responsive. We had a catastrophic thunderstorm during our stay and had all support we could think of from the owner and his family. We were very sad to leave this great place after "only" three weeks, but we’ll definitely come back!

Summary: Very nice house, located in quit area. Grocery store and many restaurants at walking distance. Communication with owner was very good and quick. House is at driving distance from the sea as well as the mountains. Would recommend anyone!
