Villa Akire is located between the towns of Denia and Pego on the slopes of the Segaria, on the edge of a nature reserve. From the terrace and the living room you have a beautiful view of the Segaria and the coast. The distance to the beach is about 10 km and to Denia (city center) about 17 km.
On the property there is a parking space for 2-3 cars directly at the house.
The house has a spacious kitchen with: cooking island (ceramic hob, extractor hood), oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer,
Washing machine and dryer.

Summary: We really couldn’t have asked for more. A beautiful location and view. Very private and peaceful. Stephan was a wonderful host, very responsive. You only have to look at the wonderful garden to see how much care goes into Villa Akire. All the appliances are high-end, and work as they should. We look forward to coming back!

Summary: Overall a good experience. The villa was very much to our liking. Inside was very spacious, and outside aswell. The pool was very nice and clean. The villa is located at the edge of the neigborhood so you have a clear view to the mountain, to the sea and cities nearby. Overall top communication with the owner, we knew everything we needed to know. Also the area and neigbourhood are very relaxing and there is lots of things to do.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at Stephan's villa. It was exactly as described but looked even better than the photos. The view was amazing and the pool was brilliant for the very hot days! The different outside spaces were fantastic for enjoying meals at different points during the day. The third bedroom was perfect for our teenager. The villa itself is in a community on the hillside (hence the great views!) - so the road up to the villa can feel a bit hair raising! A car is definitely needed to get to the nearest town, approximately 10 minutes away. Stephan was a great host, with excellent communication throughout the booking process and during our stay. A perfect place for a quiet and relaxing stay. Highly recommended.
