Summary: Everything was great the front porch lite needs to be cleaned and the primary bathroom seemed to have slow drains.

Summary: Amazing stay, really close to the beaches. Clean and ample home for a good time with family. We enjoyed the pool and backyard space. Owner was very flexible with late checkout. Home had all the amenities we needed.

Summary: We love coming to Rotonda West and this house did not disappoint. Kim was great to work with and replied in no time. The house was very clean and the pool area was amazing. The house has more towels than we have ever had. The washer and dryer was very fast and efficient. Every light switch is labeled so you dont spend half your week figuring out which switch does what!The 5th room/office is out in the open. It wasnt a problem with our family. The youngest (14) was the last one up everynight. Overall great rental.
