Summary: We have an annual grab bag. This house was amazing when we saw it on vrbo. Spacious, clean, modern, light ( we like windows), accommodating, and the host was amazing. This will definitely be our go to. They are about to get used to us! 😂😂😂

Summary: Exactly as advertised with many "extras" like multiple throw blankets, curling iron, blow dryer, tin foil, saran wrap, etc that were appreciated. Very fast response time with communication. Nice neighborhood with a park in walking distance.

Summary: Property was very clean, and just as beautiful as the pictures. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. One thing that I think should have been highlighted in the property description rather than at the bottom of the listing, is that there is a tenant onsite. Although the tenant has a separate entrance, there is a stairway leading down to the basement that is roped off. In addition you cannot park inside the garage only on the street and right side of the driveway (1 spot). Additionally the cameras on the front and back of the house are watching your every move which was very uncomfortable. I understand this is for security purposes and the listing states there are no cameras inside the home but the outside camera points directly inside through the window and captures the inside of the home which is an invasion of privacy. We had a few additional guests join us for dinner (who were not staying over) and got threatened to leave as we were "over capacity" because the cameras noted movement when we were in and out bringing in food. Our group was not loud, we didn't even have music on, but we got a complaint of "over capacity" because of the invasion of privacy. This ruined our evening as we had to cut our quality time short. We truly didn't feel "at home" as we felt like we were being watched and policed of our every move. Great place if you don't plan on being on property and just crashing but it your goal like ours was to spend quality time with family, not the most ideal.

Summary: We stayed for the weekend for my husband’s birthday and a family visit to Raging Waves. This was the perfect spot for our big family! Plenty of room to sleep and get comfortable, and the house is very beautiful, clean, and spacious. We were a bit surprised it was in a neighborhood, but that didn’t detract from the experience (and is expected in Yorkville). We would definitely return. PS we loved the coffee station and dry goods! Although we didn’t overuse anything, it made us feel taken care of. Thank you!

Summary: We were so fortunate to find this home to spend our Christmas while visiting family nearby. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed to feel welcome and comfortable. Our property contact (Laura) let us know that a few decorations had been put up for Christmas. What we found was an amazing Christmas surprise with an entire home decorated that left 3 kids speechless.The neighborhood was quiet, clean and cute. Nice and easy drives to get everywhere we had planned.I wholeheartedly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the area. Thank you for a great experience!

Summary: Besides the fact that this home was so very close to the event we were in town for, the home itself checked all the boxes for us. The process, from reserving the home, checking in and checking out, was seamless. And the home was more than we could have expected! There was more than enough space for my family to hang out and the sleeping arrangements were quite comfortable. Our host, Laura, was communicative and very willing to meet our needs to make our stay the most comfortable. I would highly recommend this home!!
