Positive: A large well appointed room, where the owners really have thought of everything. Real milk to go with one’s coffee or tea; much better than any UHT alternative. A box of household items that one normally would not take on holiday, but having them there was a bonus. The shower was powerful and easy to use. The choice and quality of breakfast, should you choose that option, was excellent. The hot tub was large, clean and welcoming after a long drive from Scotland. Ample parking and some nice walks right on the doorstep of the hotel.

Negative: There was a bit of noise from neighbouring rooms—fairly typical for most hotels—but light sleepers might want to pack earplugs just in case.

Positive: It was our relaxing weekend away , absolutely beautiful stay . Very clean room , comfortable bed, bathroom very clean . Outside area very tidy , very relaxing environment . Excellent location only about 30 min drive from Rutland Water .Full English breakfast was rather generous and tasty . Hot tube and pool area also clean and pleasant to the eye. Staff very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back .

Positive: Really clean, quiet location and a great breakfast. Rooms spacious, comfortable and showers fab. Plenty of parking and even have an EV charging facility. Reece and Neil are responsive and nothing too much trouble. Even got a beautiful sunrise this time This was our 2nd stay here and we will be back again
