Summary: We came to Scottsdale from all over to celebrate Christmas. We chose this property due to the size of our family (20), and it was perfect for all of us! We enjoyed the pool with heat and the backyard!! Really clean property!

Summary: It is a nice house with lots of amenities. The pool was nice and there is lots of room for 12+ guests. We had a few issues but the property management company was responsive and helped us out. Overall I would recommend this place for your next vacation. Rudy did a good job!

Summary: Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home! It was perfect for my family of 14! Beds were comfy, we had plenty of towels, and we had so much to do with the pool, all the games and TVs in each room. We also loved that we never ran out of hot water, which was great! We did have an issue with the AC but it was fixed immediately. I do recommend that you take your own shampoo/conditioner/soap since the ones provided are mini but no big deal! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Summary: We had 8 guys on the trip and we easily could have done this trip with 12 in this home. Pool was great, living area was big, bedrooms were clean. Recommend to anyone.

Summary: Ask questions before my stay which were not responded to till we were already on property, weeks later. Communication was challenging. When telling them the refrigerator did not make ice or dispense water they could just not understand, seemed like an off shore customer service agency. Frig never fixed but we we're only there for 4 days. The place was nice and we enjoyed our stay but the property management team was not great, glad we did not have any major issues. Definitely need better Communication skills.
