Summary: Booked for the pool and they were working on it and storing stuff in there. We had no notification this was going on until check in...we would have cancelled booking if we had known.

Summary: I typically stay at the Towne Place Marriot but they were sold out. Spark was in a good location and met a need. The continental breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Selection was minimal....bagels, instant oatmeal, cereal, and small yogurt pretty much sums it up.

Summary: Pretty good stay. King size bed was comfortable. Quiet in room at night. Pool closed for repairs… bummer since it was so hot. Water pressure on the fourth floor was not so good in the morning. Not a bad stay, but not excellent.

Summary: I should have been told that the hotel was under renovation. I could not even get a luggage rack to put my suitcase on and there were no drawers to put clothes in. I had no outlet in the bathroom. I asked all three days I stayed to have it fixed. It was never fixed. The pool was closed and the exercise room was ever so tiny. The hallways were very hot. My room was freshly painted so that was nice. They did not offer housekeeping.

Summary: The hotel is being updated from a Budget motel to Wingate. The pool and weight room was closed for renovation. The hotel smelled of paint fumes and our bathroom leaked of urine.
