Positive: The hotel clerk, Rose was very nice and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and quiet.
Negative: The food choices at the bar were very limited especially with them being out of several things. The bartender was not very friendly. I just simply pointed out what I thought was wrong and he took it like I was blaming it all on him. For the above reasons I decided not to have breakfast at the property. I also noticed a couple of blood stains on the sheet covering the bed. Things like that are unsightly.

Positive: Property was nice and quiet, friendly staff and loved the Starbucks coffee was a nice morning pick me up without having to leave the property.
Negative: Upon arriving myself and 2 other groups waited 10+ minutes to be checked in as it appeared there was only 1 front desk staff and they were in the back room on break. I called the front desk to try to get someone’s attention and though she was right behind the door, she ignored the call that rang 3 minutes. The knob in room 202 for the shower was stuck up not allowing you to just run the bottom faucet of water, only the shower head. The pool was dirty and a layer of scum could be seen floating on top and had a bunch of sediment on the bottom.
Summary: Comfortable stay, but without breakfast included and cleanliness of some areas of the hotel, should be cheaper rates.

Positive: Clean and neat. Upscale atmosphere.
Negative: Bathroom vanity top was small, no place to set out toilet supplies. Bathroom needed small stand or table to set personal belongings while in use.
Summary: Room was clean and comfortable. Bedding was was very nice. Location was perfect. Would return again.
