Summary: The hotel looked new inside and out. Room was great, not a lot of channel choices on the tv but it was fine. Breakfast did not offer a hot option unless you wanted to heat up sausage and biscuit.

Summary: being a new hotel of course made the cleanliness excellent. Easy check in with staff. No issues. Grab and go breakfest was very addequate. Will be looking for the Spark chain more often.

Summary: Over all it was very clean and comfortable. Only issue we had was the room next door had a dogs that were barking for a long time while the owners were away. Management did cal the owners and asked them to take care of the dogs. I understand it’s a pet friendly hotel and this is a possibility.

Summary: Our stay here was really good. The staff were very nice. The only thing that was unexpected about our stay, we could hear the guest walking and moving around in the room above us, which was pretty loud. Not sure if this is due to there not being carpet on the floor to help tone down the noise.

Summary: My room was next to a heavy door that opened to the first floor rooms. That door slammed all night long. I was just too exhausted to change rooms.

Summary: Breakfast was great. Facilities were clean. Rooms were clean and beds were super soft and comfy. My only complaint are the thin ceilings. I could hear the guests above walking around the whole night. Still 5/5 for me though.
