This is a Large Park Model RV with tall ceilings , set on 3 acres with woods as a back drop. with a fishing pond and large field for pets and recreaction. You'll often see deer grazing in the pasture .The Home has 3 pushouts featuring 2 BR ,1 1/2 BA's,The 3 pushouts make this a very comfortable home, much bigger than most imagine..Includes: washer/dryer,Smart TV with Blueray DVD player and wifi . 10min from: Downtown ,West Little Rock,North Little Rock and Conway. 5min from the City of Maumelle and only 1/2 a mile off interstate I 40.Lots of additional restaurants moments away in Maumelle.Maumelle features 1/3 of the city as recreation areas including miles of jogging trails and lakes throughout the city.Renown for its low crime and safety.Just a short drive to parks on the bank of the Arkansas river. We feature a Large parking area that can accommodate anything you could be driving or towing. Very close to Bobby's Cafe that serves home cooked breakfasts, lunches 6 days a week and dinner on Friday night, Razorback Pizza is located at the I40 interchange featuring an Adult bar and a game room for children ,Also a Great Barbecue resturant,Waffle house McDonalds Kentucky Fried Chicken and Scoops drive through coffee.A Dollar store and two auto parts stores all there at the Morgan exit.With much more inside the city of Maumelle 5 min away.

Summary: It was a great property that was close to everything and had a great space to relax. Kitchen was stocked with all tools needed to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Summary: It is not huge, but it is exactly what i needed for 5 nights with my daughter. You got well more than your moneys worth. The Owner is friendly and helpful and a pleasure to rent from. Hope to come back another time .

Summary: Such a cute RV to stay in! The RV was very clean, with plenty of room in it. It is very quiet and peaceful on the property. We will definitely come back again soon :)

Summary: We tried this location for several reasons. Our son rode home with a friend from school for the Thanksgiving break so we wanted something close to Conway because we were bring him back and wanted to stay a few days in Arkansas. Easy access to the interstate and quick drive into LR and Conway. We were gone from morning to night sight seeing, but it was comfortable for the few days we were there. Just as advertised

Summary: We stayed here while visiting family in Sherwood. Got to spend some quality time with granddaughters, we decorated for Halloween and spent time playing in very large yard. Tony is great and we hope to rent again. Camper was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed and the girls loved having their own bathroom right in their bedroom. Thank you Tony. It was a great time.
