Summary: The front desk clerk, Destini, went above and beyond for me. I am getting up there in age and it’s getting harder-and-harder traveling. She gave me a room that was so convenient for me and even offered to help with my belongings. I wish all Hotel Clerks were like Destini. Spark always delivers a nice room at a great price.

Summary: Very nice and clean. Room was comfortable. We only spent one night. We had an engagement and got back very late (around 3am) and the front doors were locked and no way to use a room key to get in? We pushed the buzzer several times with no response. After about 5 minutes several staff members just happened to show up and let us in, thank goodness. This needs to be adressed. Sometimes guests hours can be outside the norm - need a safe easy way to get into the hotel. But overall all stay was great. And the staff were very friendly.

Summary: The staff went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The room was extremely clean and spacious. If ever staying within 35 miles of this area again, I will stay in this hotel.

Summary: Breakfast was toast and coffee. The room did not have drinking glasses. A microwave in the room would be nice. Also when staying in a hotel, I enjoy clean towels daily.

Summary: Amazing!!! Clean clean clean!! The nighttime guy at the desk was awesome! Great tv! Everything was amazing!! Especially the price. Which btw I wanted to extend an extra night and found out that hotels.com charges you $30 more than the actual property and this is a brand new nice property so call the hotel first. Lesson learned
