Large barn doors, rustic iron fixtures, beautiful hardwood flooring, and wood accent paneling create a welcoming cabin feel to this spacious living space. Three bedrooms and one additional Folding bed available (must be assembled by guest) for use to sleep 8 total guests. Fully furnished with One Queen, two twins, one full folded bed, and comfortable bedding. Outdoor fire pit and hot tub are just some of the perks to this quant residence.
Outdoor space include a large comfortable covered and screened in porch and a two tiered deck for entertaining. Among a small garden, you’ll also enjoy the Outdoor jacuzzi overlooking a large outdoor fire pit with seating available near the small fish pond.
Guests have excess to the entire unit, minus the garage. This includes bedrooms, kitchen, living room, family room, dining room, front door entryway, laundry room, downstairs 1/2 bath, screened patio, yard, hot tub, and fire pit.
Simply press the lock button on the keypad to lock front door. When opening front door with code please pull handle firmly towards you for bolt to unlock.

Double folded bed is provided for optional use and are assembled by guest. Double bed and Linen is stored in Master bedroom closets.
Two Screws used for assembly of double folding bed as well as instructions for assembly is kept in top left drawer of Master bedrooms vanity shelf/sink.
Pond rocks are slippery!!! Please do not walk on Pond rocks and other rocks located around the pond, or use as a pathway. It Is also not suitable for small children to use or be near water features. Underaged individuals must be supervised at all times in the backyard.
Please keep security system plugged in at all times to avoid host having to come to reconnect it or ultimately cancellation of stay.

Summary: Zen Garden is a nice property that is probably great in non Winter seasons when you can enjoy the outside space.Property is spacious and clean, and the owner is very responsive.There are a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed, such as front porch light not working, but overall, it a pretty good choice.

Summary: Overall, my stay was just okay. The host was going to charge a 40 early check in fee for just one hour. Once arrived, there was no working front porch light and there were issues with the plumbing. The kitchen sink was dirty and clogged along with the bathroom sinks. All dishes/pots and pans were dirty and needed to be washed before use. I messaged the host regarding these issues and never received an answer. The only good thing I will say about the house is it was decorated very nicely.

Summary: This is our second time at Zen Garden House for a small women’s retreat. The house is gorgeous, spacious, and lots of room to spread out and work. It’s a quiet neighborhood. The check in and check out processes are crystal clear and not strenuous at all. The property manager is ultra responsive.

Summary: We stayed here when traveling back to Florida. It was absolutely perfect! This host has gone above and beyond making sure every little detail is perfect. From the coffee to the extra toothpaste and the beautifully designed backyard, it was all perfect. I really loved soaking in the hot tub and listening to all the birds chirping. We left feeling rejuvenated and ready for the rest of our trip. We stay at vacations home very frequently and my husband and I were both really impressed with the comfort of this home. We will definitely be booking again

Summary: We held a group retreat at Zen Garden House and it was perfect. Our team of 10 had plenty of room to spread out for discussions, but we could also sit together in the living room, back porch, and around a table. We appreciated all of the extra linen, towels, blankets, and the fun touches throughout. The home itself is gorgeous… very beautifully decorated. India is extremely responsive and kept me in the loop with a few slight changes. We plan to return!
