Summary: Our hotel stay at Spark was fine. The room was overall clean, but everything felt outdated. Some of the buttons in the elevator don’t light up, the carpet is stained throughout the hotel, and the room felt old. Breakfast was left to be desired; packaged muffins and cereal with an unrefrigerated milk jug on the counter were present.

Summary: Very nice and clean rehabbed hotel. The price is good, staff friendly and quick to assist. I had a stopper in the bath sink not working and when I passed the front desk the gentleman asked if everything was okay. I mentioned the stopper just so he could make a work order for when I check out but he stopped what he was doing and proceeded to fix it right away. Great Service! I will add this location as a go to when ever in town...
