Summary: Not your typical hotel. Good if you’re looking for something very different. Location felt a little sketchy, but ultimately was safe. We’ve even parked our car on the street for two days and it was fine. You have to order the breakfast the night before and there is no buffet. I found it a bit limited.

Summary: We loved this place! It was a great choice in a bustling city. Service was great & everyone was so welcoming. The only negative was the thin walls & the beeping keyless entry to each room. While a great feature, if you have neighbors who go in & out of their rooms, it can be irriatating.

Summary: We cannot say enough about how good this hotel was. The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate, the breakfast was so good, and the pool was very nice. The key pad system for getting into your room and the main door is genius! If we ever make it back to Palermo (fingers crossed) we will be sure to stay here. Again, words cannot describe how wonderful the staff was, they truly made you feel like family. Oh and the location was perfecto!

Summary: Walking up to the property you would think you were in the wrong part of town. Even looking the door you would be skeptical. However, once you enter, everything was fabulous. Great staff, clean property, very nice accommodations. It was evident the property has just been remodeled in some areas and there are some punch-list items that need to be finished. Gym needs more equipment. Aside from that, our stay was great. I would stay again.

Summary: The staff was excellent! The hotel was in the middle of the old district and walkable to many sights including the ocean. The front door was a shocker but would not change it realizing it fit the age of the area with electronic lock. Have absolutely no negative comments for our entire stay.
