3 Bedroom House in Kirkwood

Charming 3 bed 1 bath home nestled back into Chester Heights Subdivision in Kirkwood. Just a short walk to tons of shops, restaurants and features quick access to the interstate! Inside you're greeted with beautiful wood floors and an open floor plan. Easy to get just about anywhere in St. Louis in under 20 minutes and less than 3 minutes from the grocery store. The house is on a quiet street with little traffic.
Spacious living room with a couch, recliner, TV, and large windows letting natural light in. Tastefully updated kitchen that features nice appliances and all the pots, pans, and utensils needed to make a home cooked meal. Nice kitchen table that can sit up to 6. The master bedroom is spacious and has ample closet space. Other two bedrooms are nicely sized as well. Main floor is serviced by updated full bath.

About 10 miles from all major hospitals in St. Louis area.
You will have access to the entire upstairs with the exception of the maid closet.
No access to basement, cameras in basement.
My goal is to not have to bother you at all. I'll be very attentive up until you're checked in and then again before checkout. If you have a problem message me and me, my handyman, or my co host will be there to help you out.

Summary: Other than the lack of laundry facilities (which wasn't a big deal), this location was exactly what we needed for my Mom who was visiting from England. Walking distance from restaurants and shops. Cute little home with three bedrooms. Would definitely use this home and any property managed by these folks. Thanks Bill & Angel!

Summary: Needed a budget friendly weekend to catch up with STL being central spot to meet. We wanted location not too far from downtown and not too far from St. Charles. This was perfect meeting spot. Grocery stores near by was a bonus. We had room to spread out and sleep. Would’ve enjoyed one more chair in living room but we made do. We had the amenities to cook together and relax all within budget.

Summary: We have stayed at this property before and find it to be perfect for visiting various family members around St. Louis. My husband and I have 2 teens, so the property is perfect because everyone gets a large bed. The front sitting room and kitchen are great for a family on the go who need to make breakfast or relax before bed. We look forward to staying again.

Summary: Easy access to St Louis attractions. Only 2 forks and no potholders provided. Water turned off during our stay, but turned back on the following day. Host offered a hotel room for the night, but 1 room for 2 adults and 4 kids sounded worse than no water.

Summary: A very clean house in a great location. Easy check in and out. House is on a quiet street which facilitated sleep. We appreciated the outdoor porch lights as well as a backyard light. All the beds were quite comfortable. The bathroom was nice and roomy.
