Summary: House was good beds were good couches need replaced they have a very nice looking blue couch cover but the cushions and couches bases are completely broken down and should be replace ! That being said if the couches were replaced I would book again . If they are not I would not stay here again. I need to have at least some suport from a couch and these had none it folds you up and makes it very difficult to get out of . luckily we were on a working trip and spent very little time here . OK place to sleep pretty quite naborhood . the fist 3 days we dint have any tv do to internet being down on Monday the property mangement had internet company come out and do a repair internet worked ok after in order to watch any ty you must have your logins and passwords for your own Netflix or any other streaming accounts unless another guest mite forget to log out ,no basic chanels of any kind available here at all we found this out on our 4th day after internet was repaired. small reairs need to be made like a new drain in bath tub so guest can take a bath if wanting to lights in upstairs bath need replaced or rewired they flashes with a pulse if you turned them on but didnt produce much light we put a lamp on the conter of the sink to see in the bath room , we reported these issues to properly manager and she said she would report to owners to see what they mite do . over all we all slept good here . Made an good place to eat and sleep . We were looking forward to our departure from here to our next destination.

Summary: Very clean house with good spaces to spread out in, I had a couple of questions and I got my answer almost instantly when I asked them. I would definitely stay again if I need a place I. This area.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was everything that we expected. Nicely equipped and decorated. The games were a nice touch and my 5 year old granddaughter loved specially loved the hammock in the nice backyard and the Connect four game in the lanai. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place or stay again

Summary: The owner was very attentive and answered messages quickly. The house is very nice and well kept. It is clean and all the comforts of home. The screened patio was nice to sit on and enjoy the outside. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. It is off a busy road which kept US from riding our bicycles to the Apopka Bike Station which is only 2 miles away and is part of the West Orange Trail. Others didn't mind. There is a bike trail beside the road, but I don't like riding beside cars. The streets near the house are nice to ride and walk on. There are a lot of restaurants close by. I especially liked Southern Deli which is locally owned. Kiki's was good for breakfast. There's a very good Italian restaurant near Gators, but I didn't write the name down. The Waiku State park is nearby. You can swim in the springs there. They have trails for biking, walking and horse riding. It's definitely a nice place to stay.

Summary: We came into town for two nights with our dog. The property was easy to access, close to town and perfect for the dog. Screened in porch kept the bugs off of us while the dog got to run around the fenced in yard. We had thought to arrange an early entry and the owner was quick to return our messages but it turned out we didn’t need it. Highly recommend this spot if you are in town.
