Summary: Excellent property. We went away for my parents wedding anniversary. 5 couples in total.Property was good sized, in particular the shared areas (which was lucky as the weather was awful), plus nicely decorated. It felt very homely and all shared rooms were of good enough size to accommodate us.Tracey was excellent in her communication, and accommodating for any requests / questions we had.I would highly recommend this for a trip away, just two points I would note:1) Pool table needs some TLC - sadly it looks like it has been misused by previous guests.2) As it was family this was ok, but one of the bedrooms can only be reached by walking through other bedrooms at the property. Not a negative

Summary: Beautiful property and really spacious. We had a wedding nearby and so it was a great place for me and some friends to spend a weekend. The host is also thoughtful and clearly put a lot of thought into decorating the place for Christmas. The one real negative however is that we weren’t given any prior warning about an issue the house has. The house is old so the beams need treatment a couple of times a year, which is fine but it meant there were hundred of dead flies absolutely everywhere which obviously impacted how enjoyable our stay was. We really should have been warned before staying.

Summary: We had a lovely family weekend in this beautiful house. We especially loved the sociable kitchen and the wet room. It was all very clean and good quality fitments. There are some lovely walks straight from the house. We would definitely recommend this property.

Summary: Location was easy to find. The two bathrooms were nice and spacious plus a toilet downstairs was useful. Kitchen had everything we could need and the pool table was enjoyed by all! The garden was huge! Loved watching the rabbits in the morning and evening. Nice selection of board games to keep us entertained.

Summary: A fabulous property with plenty of space for our 3 families. Large rooms and garden is a huge bonus. The pool table was a welcome addition for us all as well.

Summary: We had a lovely family Easter break at Church Farm. It's a quirky house, full of character and lots of low beams as you'd expect. Our son is 6ft 5 so we spent a lot of time saying "Mind your head!" Incredibly comfy beds and spacious bedrooms with lovely linen. Tracey was a very attentive host from start to finish - always replied promptly to our emails. Check in and check out were easy with the lock box. The garden was lovely and we were blessed with great weather, so had an outdoor Easter Hunt, and were able to make use of the BBQ. The kitchen has lots of space. Good sized fridge and freezer - very nice welcome hamper as well, which we much appreciated. The Aga was great and there's also another cooker, dish washer & a microwave oven. Well stocked larder with various herbs and spices. Washing up and preparing food were a joy when looking out at the lovely Church and gardens. Huge dining table that doubles up as a Pool table, and this was a great hit too with all our family. The living room has two very comfortable sofas, and a large TV. Lots of books as well and family games. It felt like Tracey had tried to think of lots of little extras, to make for a memorable stay. The location is great - lots to see and visit in the area, and the church and yew tree were an added bonus. Lastly, just to mention, (though this didn't detract from our stay at all as we're early risers and it was a Bank holiday Weekend) is that we hadn't known that there was building work so near by. Overall, we had a great weekend and made some lovely memories. Thanks Tracey!

Summary: Beautiful home, fabulous communication with host. 4 of the 5 bedrooms are interconnected which for us worked well. The kitchen pantry was incredibly stocked, better than we could of imagined. This is a fabulous house to relax in, beautiful large gardens great for adults and children. Next to the house is the church and churchyard with an amazing Yew Tree believed to be around 4000 years old. Between the house, tree and the Churchyard there are some stories and adventures. Definitely a house to make memories in. We’ve all had a wonderful stay.

Summary: Absolutely loved staying here. The house was beautiful and a great garden out the back to relax in. The beds were ridiculously comfortable and we had everything we needed. Was such a lovely touch receiving a hamper full of essentials when we arrived too. Could not recommend this place more!!

Summary: We were a family of 9, including a one year old, celebrating a 70th birthday party. We truly enjoyed everything about our stay in Crowhurst - the house itself was spacious and full of character, and our host had thought of everything to help make us feel welcome guests.
