Please note that we strive to offer economic pricing for ALL people and various party sizes. As such, there is an additional charge of $30 per person per night for groups over 5. This allow us to provide economic pricing for everyone (couples and larger groups alike) while still maintaining cost. Please do not forget to put the total number of guests in when making the reservation as this will be confirmed at check in.
Lastly, for groups under 25 years of age, a refundable $500 deposit is required at the time of booking.

Summary: The place itself was great. The cost for five days can't be beat. It was conveniently located to the airport shopping restaurants and the beach. Communication with the owner Axel was outstanding. He responded to all messages within minutes. With that being said there were some minor inconveniences such as no extra paper towels or toilet paper. No dish towels.The place needed dusting and the floors need to be swept. There was no extra linen for the sofa sleeper. The living room sofa needs to be cleaned. The backyard needs to be cleaned.

Summary: My friends and I had the trip of a lifetime at this property. The beach was a short walk away and very private. Honestly, we had the beach to ourselves. The townhouse was very clean and pretty much matched the description given online. Any questions we had were answered quickly. Thank you for a great trip!

Summary: Wonderful week at the beach! This is the first time we have stayed off the beach, but the walk could not have been easier….literally 2.5 mins from the front door to the private beach access. The beach was quiet and gorgeous! House was just as pictured, and the master bedroom was actually more spacious than expected. I did message Leon upon arrival about a cleaning issue, and he was immediately responsive and provided a solution, which was very appreciated. In addition, before check-in he was great about providing info and answering my questions! The outdoor/backyard space is cute and cozy. The kitchen was stocked with basic cookware (some frying pans, pots, blenders, coffee maker and filters) and had plenty of paper products, towels, handsoaps, dishwasher tabs etc. (I know this is specific but it’s things I always wonder about!) Overall, it was great space for our family.

Summary: Plenty of beds! Listing is slightly confusing. There is one triple bunk, one pull out, one double bunk (with queens), and one queen bed. Easy walk/Uber from good restaurants. House has everything you will need.

Summary: Nice, short walk to the beach, food and shopping. Over all nice place, my only complaint is the check out time online says 11 am. The check out time on the sheet inside home says 10 am. We picked this place for the late check out. Please fix that on your listing. Thank you.
