FULLY LOADED AMENITIES LIKE NO OTHER-Step into a world of relaxation and carefree fun when you rent our beachfront condo. We added all the personal touches to make it feel like an upscale home, and not a rental. This 5th floor ocean front retreat has an extra wide balcony with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and gorgeous sunset views over the Bay that will take your breath away. We offer seating on our balcony that includes a dining set & contemporary and comfortable patio furniture.
WHAT SETS US APART FROM THE REST
AGAIN, This rental comes FULLY LOADED. With our condo you won’t have to spend your vacation $$ on toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, laundry soap, spices, condiments, coffee, cream, sugar, separate bath &beach towels, yoga mats, games, books, beach supplies(see below)- we provide everything not included with other rentals.
We have upgraded everything and added all the modern amenities. Brand new leather sofa bed with queen memory foam mattress. Our fully equipped kitchen is newly remodeled with stainless steel appliances, spices, pots/pans, cutlery, Keurig & traditional coffee makers with coffee included. You’ll enjoy new beds & ceiling fans in each bedroom, Nest thermostat, brand new flat screen smart TVs (Roku, Hulu, Netflix, & Amazon) in each room, Google Home in living room, Alexa in master bedroom, power banks in each room for all your devices, solar blinds and hurricane shutters, free 5G Wi-Fi, tennis rackets, boogie boards, beach toys, balls for basketball and volleyball, umbrella and beach chairs with a beach wagon, cooler bag, and beach towels are all provided. We have a W/D in the condo with laundry detergent included. Again, We have even provided amenities such as hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Just grab your swimsuit and go!
This property is GREAT for families. Parents can close the hurricane shutters in the living room at night. Lock your bedroom door and then you literally have the entire balcony private with access through your master bedroom sliding glass door.
THE RESORT
The oceanfront resort is centrally located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, shops and more. It includes 6 foot deep pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and children’s playground with large grassy area, volleyball net in the sand, assigned covered gated parking, private boardwalk to the beach and air-conditioned elevators with panoramic views.
EXTRA AMENITIES
Parking is available for one vehicle in the gated parking area, and plenty of SAFE parking for extra vehicles outside. There are grocery and luggage carts provided. Upon arrival, easily access your vacation home with a keyless secure door code. Your rental will be clean and ready for you to enjoy.
THE LOCATION
There is so much to do, once you get here. You can rent a golf cart to explore the island, or walk to one of the many area restaurants, bike rentals, stores, coffee and souvenir shops located within 8-15 minutes from the condo. The Wave offers public transportation.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very comfortable for my family of 8. It had all the extras, which helped so much. There were all of the beach necessities, extra towels, stocked kitchen, even shampoo/conditioner/body wash! This made packing so much easier. The owner was very responsive and kind. We will definitely stay again!

Summary: Layout was perfect, huge, sliding doors in both the master and living room areas gave you a wall to wall view of the ocean. Everything you need to feel at home was provided.There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a wagon to carry everything for a day at the beach.They provide body wash and hair products for the showers and refills if needed. Each bedroom had its own attached bath with two queen beds.The kitchen was fully stocked, including multiple coffee makers, air fryer, waffle maker, and everything you need for cooking and baking, including every spice you can think of. There are board games and puzzles for the kids and each bedroom had its own television.We would love to come back to this unit if it’s available on our next trip to South Padre Island.

Summary: Great location with easy beach access. The condo furnishing was above and beyond what we expected to be there. Everything being labeled made it easier to find whatever we needed. Excellent attention to detail. Would stay again and highly recommend this property.

Summary: Property is well equipped (I think there were at least six different coffee makers!). Kitchen well stocked. Nice glasses. Spices galore. Full sized fridge (though a little noisy). Bathrooms, especially master, were good sized. They even came with cotton swabs! Best part, however, was view from the fifth floor balcony.

Summary: This property is everything is promises! We enjoyed an amazing week on the beach with all the amenities. The best part about this clean home and building is that they stock it like a home and you truly feel like a guest (you don’t have to run around buying toilet paper, garbage bags, coffee, spices). Loved it and will be back again.

Summary: Location was perfect! All the information from host was super helpful. Place was amazingly stocked! All the amenities were above and beyond. The only issue we had was the pool was not warm enough, although this is not something that host can control. We are from Chicago and can handle the cold, but the pool could have been warmer. Overall great trip and it had so much to do with the host and the location. We so enjoyed our stay!
