Summary: Maria and Derek were very welcoming and friendly hosts. The apartment was very spacious, spotlessly clean and had every facility/vrockery etc for a home from home stay. The grounds are pool were super for relaxing in a beautiful environment. Can't wait to visit Cassio again!

Summary: This is a lovely property. It was very difficult to figure out the route to get to the property. Luckily the owner was very kind enough to come and get us. They were also kind enough to provide some food and drink on our arrival. The place is spacious and very clean.We felt secure at all hours of the night when we arrived from visiting . Also we were given a fan to compensate for the fact that the property did not have air conditioning. They had mentioned that they were in the midst of getting it installed. I was also able to wash my clothes and hang them in the laundry room. There was a dryer available at a cost of 0.25 euros per kwatt. That was a bit disappointing .I was not able to use the clothes till next 2 days . All in all, this is a lovely property with lovely owners.I would highly recommend the property . Summary: All throught the booking proces we were made to feel very comfortable about this property. The communication from Maria and Derek was 1st class. They provide excellent information about the area, before we arrived. On arrival at Naples airport we were given clear instructions how to drive to the property. Once at the house Maria was there to greet us, showing us around, they even left use with food starters, something that is really helpful when you've just stepped of the plane. The property itself is delightful nice big rooms with all the ameneties one looks forward to these days. The grounds, I say grounds because it is a big garden by UK standards is beautiful, the scenery makes you want to take up painting. Maria and Derek our hosts. Derek was away in the UK while we were there, however his wife is a fantastc host. We both felt that when we arrived we met our host, when we left we said good bye to a new friend. We have met their family daughter grandchildren, all absolutely delightful. We will certainly be coming back Maria, I have never been made to feel so welcome. Thank you xx

Summary: We had a wonderful family holiday with our two children aged 5 & 11. Maria and Derek were attentive to ensure we had everything we needed, whilst still respecting our privacy. We enjoyed fresh tomato sauce from their garden, and spent time relaxing in the fantastic garden. The house is a great base to visit the wider area. Many thanks to them both for a lovely stay.

Summary: Maria and Derek were perfect hosts, offering help and advice but not in anyway intrusive. The villa was immaculate and spacious with everything you could possibly need. Pool was lovely and refreshing after a days sightseeing. Villa location perfect for visiting Naples, Roma and the coast. Highly recommended

Summary: This is a lovely apartment, spacious and well maintained. Maria and Derek are perfect hosts, they know the local area very well and can advise you on what to see, but also allow you your privacy. I would recommend this apartment if you want a relaxing holiday and the chance to see the "real Italy" combined with the ability to travel to the tourist sites at Pompeii, Hercolaneum, Naples, Rome, and the sea all within easy distance.

Summary: We were made to feel very welcome by Maria and Derek. The accomodation was clean, stylish and spacious. Nice big kitchen/dining area. We slept very well - it is a quite location and the total blackout shutters are great. The house is surrounded by a lovely big garden and mountains. Monte Cassino monastery is spectacular. There is a great cake shop in Cassino town and also a very stylish fresh pasta shop and a big veg market.

Summary: Myself and a friend spent a week at this amazing place, so much to see and do in the area, Derek was extremely welcoming, unfortunately Maria was away so we did not get to meet her on this occasion. The views are to die for and its so relaxing. We visited Monte Cassino Abbey, Pompei, Rome , Fomia Beach and Gaeta Harbour. All in all, we can highly recommend to everyone and would not hesitate to return in the future. Thank you to our wonderful hosts!

Summary: We all really loved our stay - it was wonderfully located as it was close to supermarkets and Monte Cassino and was also within an easy distance for a day trip to Pompeii and the coast. We loved the peace of the countryside for just relaxing in and Derek and Maria were wonderfully welcoming and friendly. If you can find somewhere that suits 2 adults and keeps a 15 year old boy happy then you know you are onto a winner. Thank you for a great holiday.

Summary: We picked this villa in the hope that it would be a fantastic, peaceful location to relax in after a few busy days in Rome. We were not disappointed! The accomodation was beautifully clean, to a high standard and very spacious. Our children loved the pool which had amazing views over the mountains and to Monte Cassino Abbey. The Abbey is a pleasant surprise with mosiacs and marble to challenge anything we saw in Rome. The location is perfect for feeling away from the tourist, hussle and bussle, but within easy reach of supermarkets and restaurants. You are also within 1 hour of Pompeii and Herculaneum on an easy route, and 30 minutes to the seaside. Derek and Maria were fantastic hosts, allowing us our privacy, but very helpful if we needed them. The apartment was also very secure and had beautiful gardens to enjoy. All in, I wouldn't hesitate to come here again. You won't be disappointed!
