Summary: We were very disappointed to arrive and find the 'heated pool' was not heated and requested assistance. We were told that the pool people would get that taken care of right away as long as we were ok with them entering the residence if we were not there. We responded that absolutely they could come anytime as we had 6 children that had been waiting to swim. In our absence, they came to the residence and fixed the garbage disposal that we had also reported not working; however, nothing changed with the pool. The next day we contacted them again to let them know the heat was still not working in the pool - it was 50 degrees and it was one of the primary reasons we chose this location. Dialogue went back and forth when we were then told that the 'description' of property states you have to pay an additional 80/day to have the pool heated and it must be prepaid prior to guest arrival. This was not evident in the description of property online (printed), nor in the contract signed (printed) when we made our reservation. It has since been added to the general description of the property. The home itself is beautiful and in a great location - with plenty of space and amenities for a large group. Despite the pool - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: We visited Scottsdale for my son’s wedding. The house was perfect for us. Plenty of room to be together, yet enough space for quiet time. The kitchen was well stocked, the backyard patio was beautiful, the bedrooms were spacious. The location was great and we appreciated being close to restaurants and grocery stores. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

Summary: We loved the house. Lots of room for family time and plenty of space to go off and be alone. We spent most of our time in the yard and pool. I thought the pool was smaller than depicted in the photo, but we spent countless hours in the 118 degree heat swimming and grateful for this pleasant pool of water. A prior reviewer mentioned the light in the master bedroom turning on by itself. We experienced this as well. Several times over the course of our 7 nights there, the light turned on in the middle of the night, waking us. Sometimes it would turn on again shortly after we shut the light. Annoying, but not a reason to stay away. Only real complaint was refusal to let us check in early. We arrived from east coast before noon, local time, we tried to pass the time but eventually we only wanted to lay down. Despite the fact that there was no work being done in the house, we were denied our request to check in an hour earlier. We were exhausted and had to continue to drive around while we waited until 4 when we were allowed in.

Summary: The property was well maintained and well-equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful with a very relaxing atmosphere. Definitely would reserve this property again. The check in and check out process was very simple.

Summary: Very nice clean home great for a large group. Only issue we had was one of the pool loungers backrest is missing so you can fall back if it come lose. Very satisfied with the house!!!!

Summary: I personally own 4 vacation rentals. This was an excellent place to stay. It is equipped properly. TV's in each room. Proper bed/room setup. Very clean. Kitchen is pretty well stocked. Could use a little more pans/dishes, but we were able to do everything we needed. Location is perfect if you will be around North Scottsdale/Scottsdale most the time. Very pleased with our stay.
