Walk distance to the popular waterfront Magnuson Park! Minutes to the famous Burke Gillman Trail, Seattle Children’s Hospital, Metropolitan Market, City People & PCC. Easy commute to UW and downtown Seattle.
Our stunning place has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps up to 10 guests and is 2,860 sqft. This home is sparkling clean, cozy, light-filled, well-stocked and tastefully designed to ensure a great stay!
MAIN FLOOR: main entrance, 3 bedrooms (each with a queen bed), 2 full bathroom with shower, living room, kitchen, formal dinning and huge deck. Sweeping Lake Washington & cascade Mtn view in master suite, living, dining, kitchen & deck. (Attention: Fireplace for decoration only. Please do not turn it on.)
LOWER FLOOR: daylight basement with 2 bedroom (each with a queen bed), 1 full bathroom, family room with foosball table and game area, laundry room and walk out patio.
Guests will have the entire home with private entrance and fully fenced back yard. You can park one car on the drive way and there is plenty of street parking. We have smart lock for easy check-in :)

Summary: Amazing Spot here in Seattle! About 20 mins to Space Needle and all other downtown attractions. But in a nice safe neighborhood. House was clean when we arrived and had everything we needed. Had a great view to sit and just read a book and relax!

Summary: 7 of my family members went to Seattle for a long weekend. The home and the host.....10/10. Very accommodating and clean. Only suggestion.. they could use a pizza pan. :) Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Summary: Everything was great. Property manager was readily available through contact messages. We would definately stay there again The only issue we ran into is there were some dirty dishes and silverware put away. My guess is a dishwasher load didn't go fully through cycle and house guests or cleaning service put them away.

Summary: We have a family member who is a patient at Children’s Hospital. We wanted a stay nearby over the Christmas holiday to be able to get family together to celebrate. This property was perfect for us, all ten who stayed! There is plenty of room, and a fully useable kitchen stocked with cooking equipment and dinnerware. The foosball table also was fun to have. There was nothing we lacked. I highly recommend this property, and if the need arises would stay here again.
