Summary: This is a beautiful house with lots of rooms. Location was perfect. 15 min to Branson Landing. It sleeps 35 ppl. It had 2 bunk rooms. One of them has nine bunks but there is one of the top bunks that is very close to the ceiling. We would rent again.

Summary: Very nice house. Worked well for our large family. Would be nice to have an outdoor grass area for yard games but the playground was enjoyed by the littles.

Summary: Nice property. Air worked great. Great location for the marina. Arrived to find one shower had a please do not use sign. There were two broken dining chairs and the pickle ball paddles and balls were missing. The website said the pickleball equipment was included yet when contacted customer service they said they had no knowledge that being part of the unit and did not offer to bring us some. Also the listing said it slept 37 but when signing the contract it was 35. I believe they fixed that on the website. Overall it was a great place to stay, just a few little problems. Rooms were nice beds were good.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was good. There were a few things broken when we got there. The microwave didn't work. I called talked to the after hours customer service but no one came out like they said. The dryer door was broke and the coffee pot has a crack in the glass. We went and bought a coffee pot for the weekend.
