Take a stroll along the perfectly-maintained grounds; borrow a book from the well-stocked free library; lounge on a chair at the beach or at the pool or kick back in the coolness of the air conditioned 1 bedroom/1 bathroom 3rd floor unit.
In our modern open-floor-plan fully equipped kitchen, prepare a gourmet meal and serve it up on pretty Ocean-Themed dinnerware. Or, use our break-proof dinnerware to prepare an impressive table on the beach – great place to watch Kona’s breathtaking western sunsets; and maybe you’ll see whales breaching; spinner dolphins playing or even a Green Flash. There are 3 gas barbecues at waters’ edge and we provide barbecue utensils. Clean-up is a breeze with our full-sized dishwasher.
Working while on vacation? We got you covered with free HIGH-SPEED Internet and USB Ports at the desk and in the kitchen. (Of course, USB adapters can be used elsewhere).
Those fun-filled days in paradise are sometimes exhausting – when it’s time to relax, kick back; grab the remote and watch your favorite TV show (or sports event) on our large flat-screen TV. There are also a few classic movie DVD’s in the condo or you may borrow a movie from the library. (There’ another smaller TV in the bedroom too). Then, at the end of the day, retire to the luxuriously comfortable queen-sized bed...open the windows and turn on the ceiling fan to really appreciate the ocean sounds and breeze. You’ll wake up recharged and ready for another exciting day in paradise.
This unit also has a queen-sized sofa bed; and small washer/dryer unit. We're located a mile-and-a-half from town, an energetic walk or catch the open air Kona Trolley across the street or rent a Jump Bike on the curb about ¼ mile from the condo. Kona Isle has a free library and reading room; a fresh-water pool and it's right next door to Kona's public salt-water pool. There are plenty of lounge chairs on the Kona Isle beach which offers both sunny and shady relaxation areas with full sunset views. Outdoor Market Place with local offerings including outdoor dining is across the street and Deli/ liquor mart are within close walking distance. Rental car not required...unless you want to see the many other sites the Big Island has to offer.
If mobility is an issue, please consider that this unit is on the 3rd floor and Kona Isle does not have an elevator.
