Positive: The apartment is very modern and clean. Also very well equipped. All information regarding apartment, check in etc. were shared on time with every possible detail which was very helpful. The view is much better than we expected.

Positive: The location was perfect and it's ⁷th floor so we had a great breeze, perfect room for 2.
Negative: There is no AC but aging it's on the 7th floor so we had a great breeze so we didn't really need it.

Negative: It was very noisy. The traffic was loud from the Kuakini highway. There were screeching feral cats every night There was only one pillow each and it was much too soft. Stepping in and out of the bath to shower is hazardous and a bigger bath mat would be an improvement

Positive: The view every day/night was spectacular! 😮👍We will miss it for sure! Very clean place and the walk to downtown is so pleasant. Awesome place to call home for our visit!
Negative: I can’t think of anything!

Positive: My wife and I loved staying in this apartment! It is perfect: good size, full equipped kitchen, very clean, comfortable bed, good towels, beach equipment (chairs, noodles, umbrella, towels, snorkel kit), nice decoration, ocean view, great balcony to have breakfast and also watch the sunset. Great communication by email with the responsible for the apartment. Our staying in this place was one of the best experiences in Big Island.
Negative: There are some problems we have found during our stay: -Pillows are too soft and gave my wife a stiff neck -Bathroom amenities should be provide according to the number of the days of the stay (toilet paper, shampoo, soap) -A little noisy: there is a construction in progress nearby during the week beginning 7 am and church bell on weekends (not a problem for us because we wake up very early) and sometimes heavy traffic on the road in front of the building -All ice made in the refrigerator was tasting detergent
