Summary: Of course, the view, the view, the view! Every evening we admired the sunset, and every evening it was a different spectacle. But there's more to Lucia's house: extremely clean and well-equipped, simple but tastefully decorated and comfortable, we had an idyllic stay. Just be aware that the road leading to it is not tarmac all the way and that it's best to have a car that's not too fragile ;) we'll definitely be back. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

Summary: The home had everything that I look for in a rental: a comfortable home, a unique environment, outside living with a fabulous view. Lucia made us feel like long lost relatives and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The house feels like a home not a business and is very well supplied. The view Is phenomenal! I spent one afternoon cozy on a lounge chair reading under a shady tree looking at Giglio. But you must know that the road to approach the house is difficult, you must come during daylight and preferably with a small car. We had a SUV which was too large to take the final road and we parked up the hill from the house. If you have any leg or heart problems, this could be an issue because this last part is at a steel angle. I’m not sure if it was worse trying to get down or coming up, especially when trying to carry things. Lucia was wonderful in helping us carry our stuff to the house on the first day and offered to come back to help us leave. Still, that road made me anxious each time we left and we were grateful not to meet a car coming in the opposite direction since the road is one lane with walls and drops on each side! For the adventurous souls, I would highly recommend this home to relax from hectic life and refresh!

Summary: What a wonderful and secluded place, so quiet and far off the rumble, noise and traffic; although the next little town may be reached in 10 minutes by car. Sit on the terrazza with a stunnung view across the sea to Giglio island, whach the boats go by and have a coffee in the morning and a sudowner in the evening. We did not move around much, but a short drive and walk will bring you to wonderful beaches. The house is perfect for a couple, host Lucia is wonderful and cares about you perfectly.

Summary: A wonderful getaway. A week of full relaxation and peace enjoying absolutely beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the veranda and the garden. Lucia’s house is up high and very pleasant. Amazing view! Spotless clean. It has a fully equipped kitchen which we made the most of. The host (Lucia) is very nice & accommodating!

Summary: We stayed for a week in june and it was a perfect holiday -week. A beautiful and well equiped house, quiet- but not to far away from Porto Santo Stefano, a phantastic view to the Isle of Giglio, ...and last but not least : Lucia is a perfect host! (thank you for carrying our thousands of wine bottles up and down the hill *gg*) You shouldn`t be afraid to drive single trail with your car, because the last 900 m is a small street, but it was no problem, even with our really big car. There are some beaches near by and you reach Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ecole in about 15 to 20 minutes. We find it the perfect place to relax and calm down and we are sure, that we will return.

Summary: We stayed with my husband and my toddler (7 months) in Lucia's house for 4 days. And it was a very good surprise. I have never rent a place with a such incredible panoramic view. The house is modern and fully equipped. The place is very quiet and ideal for people looking for calm. Stunning sunsets, sunbaths in the garden, drinks at the port (around 10 minutes by car) and chill out on the small beaches around. It was a perfect combo. And last but not least, Lucia, the owner was incredibly kind and helpful. We would prefer to keep secret this good plan but Lucia and her place deserve to be known. Delphine (Paris)
