Situated on five acres of manicured gardens, Stanthorpe Villa gives you the sense of home away from home. A feel of Tuscany right here in sunny Queensland.
Our grand villa is spacious and able to cater for your family holidays, work retreats, reunions, winery tours or simply just a quiet escape.
This house has 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious lounge area with reverse cycle air conditioning and wood fire place.

Five Acres - Wide open spaces, with a fully fenced perimeter

Booking Conditions
Maximum occupancy is 6.
Minimum 2 night stay applies. Discounts provided for weekly stays.
* Surcharges may apply to long weekends and Apple and Grape Festival Weekend
Sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, blankets and pillows are provided.
Cleaning costs are included on departure.
We also provide some basic consumable items such as tissues, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper and hand soap. These are not replenished during your stay.
During winter months, limited amounts of firewood and fire starting equipment are also provided.
Cot and high chair can be provided upon request.

Deposit:
A $300 deposit is required at the time of booking.
Your booking is not confirmed until such time as payment of the deposit has been received by Stanthorpe Villa.
Full payment
Payment in full must be received no later than 7 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Full Refund of Deposit will be given for 30 days or more notice of cancellation.
10% administration fee applies to cancelled bookings (which will be deducted from the deposit held)
No refund will be given if 30 days or less notice given unless Stanthorpe Villa is re-let.

Summary: What a beautiful, peaceful and relaxing weekend away. The house and gardens are gorgeous. We took the advice of previous guests and watched the sunset from the rocks across the road, what a stunning view. We will definitely be back.

Summary: A very spacious, comfy and relaxing place to unwind. The fireplace is great. Beautiful having visits from wallabies, birds etc. The well equipped kitchen was greatly appreciated. Close to amenities but private.

Summary: It was a multigenerational trip for the school holidays with my mum, my kids and I. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed and then some. Except wifi. But that wasn’t a big deal for our two night stay. Nestled in rural settings but only 5 minutes if that to town made a perfect, private and secluded stay. Plenty of activities to do in the countryside through the days and a cozy fireplace to enjoy in the evenings. Board games and cards to entertain us for family time and the teens were wrapt with playing pool trying to beat mum and grandma. Highly recommend this property. If you stay here, don’t forget to look up at night because the stars and Milky Way are absolutely spectacular.

Summary: It's like staying out in the country but just right near town. It's just a wonderful property with a great host. It has every thing you could ask for and more. Plenty of wildlife as well. It's an excellent property.

Summary: Great sized rooms. Bed were a little hard. Air con in lounge only worked on cold. We had to turn the water off for one night as we think a washer in the shower broke. Had to wait till morning for a plumber. In one bed room one bedside light did not work. Overall thought the house bigger than expected. Nice and clean. Great place to stay nice and central.

Summary: The home is large and clean, close to town, and there are plenty of kangaroo and rock wallabies around. The less than enjoyable parts were the access code not being provided and dealing with toileting children while locked out waiting for a reply. Then the old washing machine didn't work and we ended up hand washing clothes while on holiday. If those few things went differently, it would have been more positive.

Summary: Massive house with equally massive grounds to run around on. Log burner for the cold nights. Great location for getting out and exploring Stanthorpe. Pool table was a big hit with the kids. House needs modernising. Taps in the bathroom drip, spin cycle on washing machine is broken and couldn’t find a single pair of scissors in the kitchen but multiple BBQ tongs.
