Welcome to paradise in beautiful and fun Punta Gorda Isles. Our new panoramic lanai has just been installed and you don’t have to stare across at a house…..just a beautiful, wide canal.
Relax around your heated, salt water pool and don't worry about those annoying add on charges, it's included in the stay. Watch the boats pass by at one of the best intersecting canal location you'll find. Fish off the dock outside your back door and expect to see snook, tarpon, mullets and drum fish. Dolphins can be seen swimming in the canal...even the occasional manatee.
The home has been recently renovated and the new heated, salt water pool is ready for your enjoyment. There are 3 bedrooms, a master king, 2nd bedroom also has a king bed, and 3rd room has 2 queen beds….All are very comfortable.
Each room has a flat screen TVs with Directtv stream service featuring 105 channels. Large flat screens are in the living room and dinning/kitchen area. High speed WIFI enables you to connect your devices inside or around the pool.
Punta Gorda Isle is a big biking community so hop on one of the bicycles in the garage and join in. Peddle down to Fisherman's Village or into historic Punta Gorda for great dining or the award winning Farmers Market. There are bike trails and parks all through out the area so just ride and enjoy the beauty of the gardens and the breath taking waterfront.

Summary: Loved the property, but found the street to be excessively busy. I would mention, the pool was lovely along with the bird cage coverage. But the pool should have a handrail to enter for a safety measure, it seems to be a necessity. My contact with Joe was always answered right away to answer any questions. We had a very pleasant stay.

Summary: We rented for four weeks and it was a wonderful stay! Joe was so easy to work with. He responds quickly and truly just wanted to make our stay special and without any issues. The house is filled with everything necessary to seem like home. The highlight is the beautiful salt water, heated pool with the caged lanai, overlooking an incredible channel. We brought our pontoon with us and Joe accommodated us so that we could put our boat on his dock for the month. The home is a great location! We highly recommend this home…we loved it so much, we will be coming back in 2025!

Summary: Wonderful Canal View, Very Cozy, & Comfortable Beds. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking needs & utensils. Host Joe was very nice, helpful & easy to communicate with. Quick to respond to correspondence or whatever was needed. Our only challenge was getting used to traffic noise as it’s located on a busy street.

Summary: From our check-in to our stay. The process was seamless. The location is close to everything. My husband was on dock each morning and night catching tons fish. Enjoyed watching the manatees.
