Positive: I booked this hotel for the location for my son travelling on the Spirit of Tasmania.

Negative: My son is a student and I find the $100 deposit for a booking from Booking.com is unreasonable.

Summary: Make sure you have $100 for the room deposit!

Positive: Good location Easy check in Large screen TV Plenty of linens/ towels

Negative: Everything was very outdated/ broken and dirty Jets on spa broken Bathroom was dirty Walls dirty and chipped Everywhere!!! Fridge not working was hot inside ( it was plugged in and turned on) Kettle was black on the inside Whole place very dirty, not maintained. Pool filthy Pool surrounds filthy Railing on balcony broken and dangerous 😳 Not enough parking spaces for all rooms
