Summary: Nice, quiet house with a fantastic view! Waking up with that view is alone worth to spend some days there :-) the house itself is equipped with everything you need and communication with Laurent is very pleasant. Nearby the house is a small trainstation, Nizza and Cannes can be reached easily and fast by train. I can highly recommend that house!

Summary: Thank you Laurent for a great week at your house! The house is in very good shape. Everything in the house is well thought through. A boule court was appreciated. As said in the description, there were some steps to concur to get up to the house, but my old father managed to make it. The pool is the highlight of the property with its stunning view and perfect layout. Unfortunately the chlorinator broke down before we got there, so we didn't use the pool the first 3 days. The cleaning lady was nice but did not know a word of English, which made it a little hard to communicate, and in the process to check in . Laurent is a great host who made an effort to make us feel at home (in his home).

Summary: I have rent Laurent's villa for 9 people - 5 adults and 4 kids. From the very beginning all the communication process went very well and even if we arrived a bit unexpectedly late Laurent fond a solution for us. The location is wonderful with a very nice view exactly like in the photos. Villa is very spacious and despite the fact it was full we still had plenty of space.There is a small shop nearby but we had our rented cars (recommended) so the shopping was done in different supermarkets 20-25 minutes driving. I will recommend Laurent's villa for anybody who's looking for a wonderful and quiet location. Thank you Laurent for letting us to stay in your beautiful house.

Summary: We a had an amazing week in the villa. Every thing was great. 2 daughters didn't want to leave the pool ever every day. Laurent was very helpful and available all the time. We checked in at 2:00pm which is early but it was ready for us all clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

Summary: We were a family with a baby (14 months old) + two further adults spending nine lovely days in this very nice and spacious villa. The villa has a wonderful swimming pool and a stunning view on the Mediterranean. It is located in a secured area, which we found very pleasant. Everything was very clean and well equipped and exactly how the photos were promising. For those who look for some quiet and relaxing vacations and who do not want to be in the epicenters of tourism, it is the perfect place - with or without children. Once arrived, we enjoyed every single moment at this special location. No need for going out any more. Main shopping facilities can easily be reached by car. Next larger cities are Cannes and St. Raphael/ Fréjus. Thank you, Laurent, for really great holidays. We will definitely recommend this special location to our friends! All the best Ulrike & Andreas
