Absolutely stunning! Absolute gem in the Rossville Historical District. This home is on the Ohio Historical Registry as the oldest rental property in the county. Private parking in the rear. Steps to Main Street with a plethora of restaurant and bar options. This property is three blocks from Spookynook Sports Complex and a 20 minute drive to Miami University. Everything in the home has been redone and has very modern amenities. We have added portable AC units to the second floor bedrooms.

Summary: Quant historical home in walking distance of a ton of shops, eateries and entertainment. Overall the house was great. My only negative would be the only bathroom and bedrooms are located upstairs, so those who have issues with steps be advised. Definitely recommend and will consider staying again if we ever need a place to stay in the area.

Summary: Brian was an awesome host. He was very easy to communicate with and helped me out when my daughter forgot something at the house post check out. It is definitely a place I will look up an again if I come out the Hamilton in the future.

Summary: The stay was great for the location and time we had in Hamilton. The only issue was the steep steps to the upstairs. With the only bathroom in the house being upstairs, that can cause a little problem with an elderly in ur party . But overall, our stay was great .

Summary: We were in town for Miami's graduation. House was a great location for us. We were able to walk to the Urban Backyard which was a wonderful place. House was clean, appliances, bathroom updated. Stairs were pretty steep, which made it hard for my mom to walk up and down, but it is an older house so to be expected. Overall it was a good stay.

Summary: Met the owner when we arrived...a lovely proprietor, the home was beautifully appointed with all new towels and the kitchen was amazing. We could only stay overnight but we discovered how quaint the city of Hamilton is !!! Thank you for a very pleasant stay. We would like to return when we have more time.
